Kevin Murphy receives Award from County President

County Honours 'King of Channel'

Kevin Murphy from Barnet Copthall SC has swum the English Channel 34 times!

For this incredible achievement he has earned the title of 'KING OF THE CHANNEL' and the County Honoured him with an Award of Merit at our recent Presentation Evening. Kevin was presented with the Certificate by County President Nuala Muir-Cochrane.

While thanking Middlesex for this Honour Kevin said that anyone who wanted to know more about long distance swimming was welcome to get in touch with him so that he can give them the benefit of his experience.
