Honour for Sylvia Smith

Sylvia Smith of Turtles S.C. in Ruislip has been awarded the OBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours List..

Sylvia is President of the National Association of Swimming Clubs for people with Disabilities whose 80 clubs give swimmers the chance to swim in a safe and happy environment and to socialise together.
